1. Technical description
The suction conveyer is composed of automobile chassis, transport tank assembly, subframe assembly, filter system, rear cover opening mechanism, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, operation control system, etc.
2. Transport tank assembly
The transport tank assembly comprises a charging tank body and a suction and discharge device mounted on the charging tank.
3.The charging tank body is a cylindrical container, the front of the two ends of the head is butterfly shaped and the rear is oval. The bottom of the tank body is equipped with a "font" fluidization device, which is mainly used for loading powder and granular materials. The tank body is welded with an external ladder, and the top of the tank is welded with a walking plate. The top of the tank is also equipped with a safety valve, lifting lug, manhole, material (material) level meter, etc.
4.The suction device is installed at the back of the charging tank above the sealing head, controlled by the suction valve and connected to the suction hose on site through a ceramic-lined bend and quick coupling. 5. Subframe assembly
The subframe is welded by the left and right longitudinal beams and cross beams, and the front part is welded with Roots vacuum pump bottom plate and arc cushion seat. The girder of the subframe and the chassis of the car are connected by solid bolts such as U-bolts and side ear plates.
6. Filtration system
The one-tank structure filtration system is adopted, that is, the cyclone tank and the cloth bag tank are integrated by setting the partition and the bottom passage in the main tank. The material is initially separated and settled in the charging tank through the cyclone bend in the middle of the tank, and then the dusty air passes through the upper and lower channels of the front partition and is further filtered in the filter cloth in the filter bin, so as to ensure that the final discharged air is a clean gas that meets the environmental protection requirements. The dust dust remaining in the filter bin is discharged through the bottom channel through the discharge port at the end of the charging tank by using positive pressure when the discharge of the charging tank is lifted. The dust accumulation on the cloth bag is cleaned by high positive pressure reverse blowing.
7. Air piping system
The air piping system mainly provides compressed air for positive pressure discharge. The source of compressed air is the vehicle air compressor or external air source. The air piping system is mainly composed of main gas pipe and distribution pipe. The air pipe is provided with an external air source quick interface to connect with the ground air source.
8. Self-unloading opening mechanism
A self-discharging device is installed at the end of the charging tank. The dump device is equipped with a discharge port for positive pressure discharge.
9. Power transmission system
The suction conveyer is equipped with three kinds of power equipment. The power equipment of "negative pressure suction material" is vacuum pump; The power equipment of "positive pressure pneumatic discharge" is vehicle air compressor or external ground air source; Hydraulic lifting power equipment is hydraulic oil pump.
The three power equipment all take the force through the automobile engine transmission take-up or through the transmission take-up + transfer box.
10. Operating system
The operation control system of the suction conveyer takes: "program control, instrument display, centralized operation".
11. vehicle safety measures
Suction conveyer has the following safety measures:
a. The tank body is equipped with a pressure unloading pipeline. When the negative pressure exceeds the set value, the unloading valve of the pressure unloading pipeline is opened to reduce the positive and negative pressure values and ensure the safety of the tank.
b. The charging tank and the air pipeline are equipped with a positive pressure safety valve. When the positive pressure exceeds the set value, the safety valve takes off to ensure the safety of the tank and the air pipeline.
c. The suction pipe is equipped with a negative pressure safety valve. When the negative pressure exceeds the set value, the safety valve takes off to ensure the safety of the vacuum pump and pipeline.
d. During the loading operation, in order to prevent overloading of the tank, the upper part of the tank is equipped with a level alarm, which will alarm when the tank is filled.
e. Filter bag adopts positive and negative pressure reverse blowing ash. To avoid the blockage of the filter screen and protect the safe operation of the vacuum pump.
The vacuum pump is installed in front of the micro filter tank, the micro filter tank for the mesh sleeve structure, to avoid the filter bag in case of damage, cloth bag debris into the vacuum pump, to protect the safety of the vacuum pump equipment.
f. Dust filter bag with anti-static function.
1, such as the shipment of inert gas protection materials, must be equipped with tank inert gas monitoring system, anti-static filter bag, pressure self-discharge device device (diameter φ100), electrostatic drag chain and other safety devices, and suction, discharge site must have a nitrogen source, the gas source flow ≥15m3/min, The pressure is 0.2Mpa(the nitrogen source with on-site pressure of 0.6Mpa is adjusted to 0.2Mpa through the pressure reducing valve, and the pressure reducing valve pipeline is placed on the ground of the site, which has nothing to do with the previous pipeline).
2, the vacuum pump must be "replenishment" when pumping materials, for general materials, only natural air "replenishment", and for materials that need inert gas protection, must be "replenishment nitrogen" when pumping.
3, the charging tank must be lifted intermittently, pressure discharge, emergency can be hydraulically open back cover gravity self-discharge.
4, negative pressure loading, start the vehicle vacuum suction system, through the ground feeding system (open the air valve) the material into the vehicle carrying tank.
5. When the positive pressure loading is selected, the vehicle positive pressure loading system is started, and the external air source (if the material needs inert gas protection, it must be nitrogen) is pressed into the vehicle carrying tank through the air supplement port of the feeding system of the ground facility.
6, if the material needs inert gas protection, it is necessary to use ground compressed nitrogen discharge.
