First, the basic performance of the power supply vehicle
1. Vehicle system
1) Vehicle speed. The power vehicle uses the engine and chassis of Dongfeng
Automobile, and the moving speed can reach 89-100 km/ h.
2) Load capacity. On the basis of considering the total weight of all the equipment of the emergency power supply, the carrying weight of the vehicle still leaves a margin of 10% to 15%.
3) Humanized operation and maintenance space. Unit startup, shutdown operation and instrument observation, the operator can be carried out in the car operation room.
There is a large space in the compartment and attached facilities to facilitate the repair and maintenance of the unit.
4) Safety measures. The door of the car is equipped with a fire extinguisher, the car is equipped with a smoke alarm, AC and DC explosion-proof lighting and emergency lights, as well as easy to use ground drill and ground wire, in order to effectively ensure the safety of the power vehicle. Choose intelligent fire extinguishing system,can be unattended.
2. Diesel generator set
1) Diesel engine selected Cummins, Volvo and other international well-known brands.
2) The generator set adopts the international well-known brand brushless self-excited AC synchronous generator, and adopts AVR automatic voltage regulation.
3) The installation base of the generator set is the tank structure at the bottom of the machine. The oil storage tank can meet the requirements of the unit running for more than 8 hours.
4)Thepower of the generator set has a variety of specifications from 20 kW to 2000 kW. With cylinder liner water preheating and start battery floating charging device, at any time in a standby state, the unit can be started within 12 s with full load, fully meet the requirements of emergency fast power supply.
3. Control and operating system
1) The control panel of the unit provides the function of manually starting the unit, can automatically monitor the operation of the unit, provide the protection function of the unit, and provide the indicator table of all parameters of the unit operation on the panel of the control panel, which is easy to view the status of the
unit intuitively.
2) Emergency stop button. When the unit has an emergency, press the emergency stop button to control the unit to stop operation immediately. When it is confirmed that
the unit fault is eliminated, the button is reset.
3) Micro air switch. When the current is too large, beyond the set value of the
air switch, it will automatically disconnect.
4) When the oil pressure is low, the coolant temperature is high, the unit overspeed
and other abnormal conditions, it will automatically alarm or stop.
3. Outlet cable system
The power cable of the power truck is YC series heavy rubber sheathed flexible cable, the length is generally 30 m, and it can also be matched to 100 m according to needs, in order to meet the needs of various special applications for emergency power supply. Electric or manual control can be selected for retracting and discharging
cables.
Second, the technical highlights of the power vehicle
1. Unit shock absorption
The power truck adopts the rubber shock absorber made of patented technology for shock absorption. The cushion is composed of a bowl shaped upper cover plate and a funnel shaped bottom plate sandwiched between rubber materials. This kind of structure has higher load bearing capacity and lower stiffness and larger damping ratio. The damping pad is not easy to cause resonance during vibration, and the large damping ratio makes the vibration decay quickly. When the rubber pad is destroyed in extreme
cases, the unit will not cause structural damage due to the damage of the rubber pad.
2. Noise reduction technology
The noise of the general diesel generator set is about 110 dB when it is working. The inlet and exhaust window structure of the mobile emergency power vehicle is designed with patented technology. Under the premise of meeting the exhaust volume of the unit and not affecting the power output and temperature rise requirements of the unit, the inlet and exhaust Windows are opened by gas spring, and a group of sound-absorbing baffle is used inside the window for noise reduction. The structure is simple, which can not only ensure the effective intake and exhaust air volume of the unit to the maximum, but also meet the requirements of reducing noise. The smoke exhaust system of the power truck adopts A combination of a resistive muffler and a sound suppressor, which can reduce the smoke exhaust noise by 35~ 40 dB (A). The side panel of the compartment is filled with sound-absorbing cotton with a thickness of 50~ 100 mm according to the noise requirements, and rubber seals are installed in all doors and

reduction treatment, the average noise level of the full load working distance 1 m from the carriage is about 82 dB(A). The performance is obviously better than other
similar products in China.
3. Built-in electric cable winch
The design of the power truck adopts a patented technology of built-in electric cable winch. The built-in electric cable winch installs the motor and the reducer into the cable winch winding drum, which makes the overall structure simple and compact, and makes it easy to arrange several cable winches working side by side. The cable winch can be selected according to the requirements of different specifications of cable take-up and discharge, which can achieve the best working effect and complete the power cable connection operation safely and quickly. Electric cable winch can be connected to external frequency converter and industrial remote control to achieve variable frequency stepless speed regulation and wireless remote control operation. 4. Car lifting lighting system
