Specific use

 

     Wrecker refers to a special vehicle equipped with road emergency operation equipment. Because the car is driving on the road, the breakdown and accident is inevitable, especially on the high-grade highway, this phenomenon often happens. The task of the wrecker is to drag the broken car or accident car away from the scene in time to ensure that the road is unimpeded. Therefore, the road wrecker is also known as the road rescue vehicle. With the increase of high-grade roads and cars in use, wreckers have also been developed.
    Use of wrecker: mainly used for road breakdown vehicles, urban illegal vehicles and rescue.

 

Operation method

 

1. Disengage the winch clutch, pull out the steel cable in front of the vehicle to be carried, and hook the "j" line hook on the traction carabiners under the towed end of the vehicle to be carried. Then engage the clutch of the winch. Note that the number of coils left when pulling out the cable should not be less than 5.

2. The vehicle to be carried is in neutral and the parking brake of the vehicle to be carried is released.

3, control the winch lever, pull the car onto the platform, and control the J-hook on the steel cable distance from the winch greater than 0.4m. When the winch is under load, do not disengage the manual control clutch of the winch as this will damage the winch. Note: When using a winch to pull an accident car, especially a car with a lower chassis, be very careful not to damage the part of the trailer, so as not to cause unnecessary trouble.

4. When the loaded vehicle has been towed into place, tie the rear tire with a safety strap, and pull the loaded car diagonally on both sides of the back and fix it on the flat pull ring on both sides. Note: If the safety pull is broken, the safety strap should be wrapped around the sturdy parts of the car. For safety bandages that cannot be manually locked, a winch lever can be used to manipulate the winch catch to move the loading car forward a little so that the safety chain is properly tensioned.
